Welcome to the Payoneer community forums! Please take a moment to read these guidelines before you start posting. 

1. The majority of content posted on the forum is created by members of the forum. The views and opinions expressed on the forum do not reflect those of Payoneer, unless they are from an official Community Administrator (Admins will have the "Administrator" tag when posting)

2. Do not use the forum for any content that: 
  • Breaks any local, national or international law or which incites or encourages others to break any such law;
  • Is racist, sexist or homophobic or otherwise discriminatory;
  • Is pornographic, obscene, profane, vulgar, or contains swearing;
  • Is defamatory of any person, entity or organisation;
  • Is persistently abusive, threatening, repeatedly a cause of nuisance or annoyance or otherwise illegal towards other Forum users, our staff or our property;
  • Infringes on anyone's rights, including intellectual property;
  • Includes advertising or solicitation;
  • Infringes the privacy of an individual or company, such as posting location or contact details of another person.
3. Please post content only in officially supported languages.

4. Please do not start discussions related to customer support issues specific to your account. These discussions will be removed from the forum. All customer support inquiries should be submitted directly to the Payoneer Customer Support department at: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/.
You can search for a solution in our Support Centre, and if there is no answer you are looking for, you will see a Contact Us button.

5. Please do not start multiple discussions related to the same topic, or post similar replies to various topics that are unrelated to your discussion.

6. If you come across any content that violates these terms, please report it or bring it to the attention of one of the administrators.

7. If you break the forum rules, we may require that any future content posted by you is checked by us before it's allowed to go on the site or even place a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any part of or all of the forum. If you break any laws, we reserve the right to use your contact information in accordance with requests from relevant authorities.

8. We reserve the right to delete any discussion or post, or take action against any forum account at our discretion.

9. Do not, under any circumstances, post your card number or any part of your card number. If you do so, we will be forced to cancel it and issue you a new card at your own expense. This is for your own protection.
