Payoneer Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Payoneer community forums! Please take a moment to read these guidelines before you start posting. 

1. The majority of content posted on the forum is created by members of the forum. The views and opinions expressed on the forum do not reflect those of Payoneer, unless they are from an official Community Administrator (Admins will have the "Administrator" tag when posting)

2. Do not use the forum for any content that: 
  • Breaks any local, national or international law or which incites or encourages others to break any such law;
  • Is racist, sexist or homophobic or otherwise discriminatory;
  • Is pornographic, obscene, profane, vulgar, or contains swearing;
  • Is defamatory of any person, entity or organisation;
  • Is persistently abusive, threatening, repeatedly a cause of nuisance or annoyance or otherwise illegal towards other Forum users, our staff or our property;
  • Infringes on anyone's rights, including intellectual property;
  • Includes advertising or solicitation;
  • Infringes the privacy of an individual or company, such as posting location or contact details of another person.
3. Please post content only in officially supported languages.

4. Please do not start discussions related to customer support issues specific to your account. These discussions will be removed from the forum. All customer support inquiries should be submitted directly to the Payoneer Customer Support department at: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us

5. Please do not start multiple discussions related to the same topic, or post similar replies to various topics that are unrelated to your discussion.

6. If you come across any content that violates these terms, please report it or bring it to the attention of one of the administrators.

7. If you break the forum rules, we may require that any future content posted by you is checked by us before it's allowed to go on the site or even place a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any part of or all of the forum. If you break any laws, we reserve the right to use your contact information in accordance with requests from relevant authorities.

8. We reserve the right to delete any discussion or post, or take action against any forum account at our discretion.

9. Do not, under any circumstances, post your card number or any part of your card number. If you do so, we will be forced to cancel it and issue you a new card at your own expense. This is for your own protection.

    Works for me. Try copy pasting the following link: payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us
    Otherwise, you can easily find the contact page link by going through Payoneer's website and click on "Customer Care", located under the "Help" header expanding tab.

    Hopefully in the future additional languages will be available on our forums.
    Currently we can support English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic and *French on forums.

    French: We ask French speakers to comment on the English section of the forum until we have a dedicated French page for our users.

    I'm a construction worker, I also sell landed properties, what happens if an individual decides to make payment to me into any of my payoneer global accounts, because it states that individual or wire transfer is not accepted, so how do I get pay from individuals I've worked for who re not in the same country of residence with me?

    You can use the Billing Service in order to request a payment from an individual client. This will allow them to pay you directly to your Payoneer account.

    With that said, if you plan to work in Real Estate business, it may not be possible to receive payments associated to this line of business. I recommend you read more about Real Estate dealing on an international level in order to familiarize yourselves with the preferred or available payment options in this line of work.

    Building construction, I know my customers and they know me too, payoneer also said I can get paid which ever way I wanna get paid, its in ur favour because of the fees you get from each transactions, so payoneer better be nice

    You can apply for a Payoneer account and withdraw the funds directly to your bank account without ordering a card. This makes the service more cost efficient in the long run.
