a month ago I signed up for Payoneer EU Payment service, but until now I have not received the info whether approved or not.

Is currently still can register Payoneer EU Payment service, or service is closed?

    I have email again and ask about the status of registration and 8th september I get email from payoneer community, he said "will be getting back to you within the next several business days with further details" and now it is over 2 weeks. then, what should I do, do I have to register again or keep waiting?
