Payoneer allows you to receive payments from Paypal via the US payment service, but it needs to be in accordance with PayPal rules and regulations. If PayPal is not allowing you to add it you will unfortunately not be able to add your account and receive payments from PayPal.

@Justine‌ Yep, I know that Payoneer allows us to receive payments from PayPal via the US payment service and I've received payments too, but the problem is, there is a limit for how many $ can you transfer to your bank and to remove that limit we've to link a card as you already know that, but the real problem comes when we're going to link a card to remove that limit and it says we can't link this card try another. Any solution? And if that helps, I'm from Pakistan and the only reason I've Payoneer is because I want to receive payments from PayPal.

    Hello,

I would suggest contacting them and requesting assistance with adding a new bank account.

If they do not allow you to add this service, you will be unable to withdraw funds from PayPal to Payoneer. Please note that Payoneer is not associated with PayPal, and any withdrawal requests would be subject to PayPal rules and regulations.

Can you still process transactions from Payoneer TO Paypal? If so, is there a limit to the amount that can be processed and why can you only seem to process one transaction in a day/2days - whatever??

Yes, I did contact them and they told me that your card issuer isn't responding and then I sent an email to Payoneer also with all the details PayPal provided but I got no response from Payoneer at all.
