Problem with transfer money to another card

My employer was trying today to send me money through card to card transfer service and got the following error message.
"payoneer details provided are invalid. please try again. you have 2 more tries before you account will be blocked."
Please be kind enough to check whether my account is enabled for card to card transfers.

    Payoneer’s Card to Card Transfer service is unfortunately not enabled for your partner program.

    To further clarify, our Account to Account Transfer Service is available to all account holders, unless the company which you originally signed up with requested to have it disabled for their users. If this is the case, we can unfortunately not enable it for you.

    There may be other ways for your employer to send you funds. If you could send me a PM with details, I'll be happy to assist.
