Payoneer's Withdrawal to WebMoney service : not supported in Bangladesh ?

Hello,
I have been using Payoneer for last 2 years & also have a Webmoney account.
Recently I applied for Payoneer's 'Withdrawal to WebMoney' service.

In response, I received this e-mail today:

"Dear 'X',
Your ticket code is LTKXXXX. Please use this code in any further communication.
Thank you for your application for Payoneer's Withdrawal to WebMoney service.

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot approve your application, as this service is not supported in your country of residence.

Should you require any more information, please contact WebMoney support.

Sincerely,

Payoneer's Account Approval Department"


I'd like to add here that, when I registered for this 'Withdrawal to WebMoney' service, the registration form had a option to select country of residence, which included Bangladesh. So, I'm kinda confused :o

Can anyone suggest me on what to do?

Withdraw to WebMoney is available only for countries in which a verified and supported WebMoney wallet is available. Unfortunately at this time WebMoney does not offer this service in Bangladesh.

If I get a PERSONAL passport at WebMoney, will this service be available to me "a person with WebMoney PERSONAL passport from Bangladeh"?'
