Delay in reviewing payment

My client had sent me funds worth $930 two days ago (Oct 7) but until now (Oct 11, 12:02 AM, local time) I didn't received it yet. So I was wondering whether the funds are still being approved by Payoneer or had been cancelled by my client. I can't talk to him right now since he was so busy lately, so I hope anyone here can help me check this payment ID: 11022201 for me to know where my money is.

I really thankful for that.

    same situation here.. I was taken legal action here.. I'm ready to go in the court with these assholes, because they are just fucking scammers... my $1700 is waitimg for approval too.. support just ignores me.. It's not possible to contact them... anyway.. I've talked with the lawyer and i know that I'll get my money back 100%. What can i suggest you just run away from this service and tell everyone about what kind of scammers they are

    @Psychologist‌ Wow, so the fact is I'm not the one who experienced the problem. How many days you've been wait for the payment to come? You can provide your payment ID here too so we both can get the same solution if possible.

    I have 16 days waiting approval $386 and not answer from payoneeer.

    PLEASE PAYONEER APPROVAL OR CANCEL MY PAYMENT, DO SOMETHING.

    third day.. but support is not even replyin' my emails, live chat keeps canceling me and so on.. just contact any lawyer dude..

    @luquich SAME HERE! I've posted a discussion with same topic but when I check it via email, I can't reach it like someone has deleted it.

    @Psychologist‌ Will consider it really soon. That's what I also hate from this service. Any single way to contact them wasn't ended up with a good thing.

    There's no still any notification/email arrived, neither the fund. It's 6.53 AM (Oct 11) in my place, means it's officially been 3 days I've waited. So bad, this is not good.

    Will update this discussion as soon as possible.

    In regards to pending payments, while the majority of payments are processed automatically, some do require a manual review. In these cases the payments are generally reviewed within 1-2 business days.

    Hi @Nissim, I'm glad that finally you were here to give some explanations. I fully appreciate it. But in my case, I just don't have any idea whether my funds are still in approval or the transaction was just being cancelled by my client. I don't receive any email or notification from Payoneer. I only have some screenshots of payment with ID: 11022201 that sent by my client. I can't reach him now since he was so busy lately. So what I really need to know now is the status of this payment. I need to know where my $930 is. Is it in review by Payoneer or what? Can you check it for me? Thank you.

    @rizalbr‌ - for security reasons I do not have access to this information, however I escalated your inquiry to a representative from our payment department, and you should be receiving an update within 24 hours.

    @Nissim So I have to wait again? This surely makes more perfect. Please, this is not good for your company. Nissim, read this carefull; The funds literally mean everything to me. Like the other people in common, I have to pay so many bills in order to keep my life balance. So I personally begging to you, to consider this issue seriously. Within 24 hours, I will wait, but more than that, a legal action.

    @Nissim‌ it's been 24 hours dude, but still didn't received any updates about my Payment ID. I really am now almost lost all my patience. Please, do something. Is it that hard to check my goddamn money status?
