Beware when renewing card!!!! You may get pushed to pay the $60 fee if you have funds

My card expired on September and the renewal card was never received. Another one was sent but they were quick to suggest that since I have money in my account I can pay the $60 for DHL.
1. That amount is too much.
2. Why sending something so personal through regular mail service. Wich will probably get lost and without any way to track it?
3. Don't you want the package to get tracked? Why?
4. Are you aware that USPS certified service for an envelope that size is $8 and you are asking me to pay $60?
5. I have no problem paying the $8 fee for USPS.
4. I need another option to get my money and customer support is ignoring me.
I hope I can get real assistance, or at least someone can learn from my horrible experience.

Please note that DHL shipping is entirely optional, and you can elect to recieve your card free of charge via standard mail. We are always working to improve our standard shipping options, and will certainly take your feedback into consideration.
Also note that Payoneer sends hundreds of thousands of cards per month, and uses DHL International Shipping in bulk. The price quote you mentioned is specific to individual USPS estimated that vary by destination and amount of items being shipped.
Payoneer does not profit from DHL shipping. If we suggested the shipping method to you, it was only to help you gain access to your funds as soon as possible (and not to gain any incentive or profits from the shipping charges).0 -

But then the card expires and you offer to send with regular email Wich is imposible to track?
And then you offer to send it expedite for $60? Don't mean to be disrespectful but please.
You do suggest it because there is a profit,
With bulk option you pay less for each envelope than you would pay using individual rates so still will be less than $8 for each package.
I am still waiting for my second card to arrive, another option to withdraw my money and customer support is ignoring my last message.

The prices you mention are for bulk shipping to a single address. Also keep in mind that express shipping of cards does not involve only the actual shipping, there are many other factors involved in the process (ranging from printing of the card and also logistics).
I do assure you that we do not suggest DHL shipping for reasons of profit, and mainly suggest it to make sure our account holders are aware of all options they have for quick and easy access to funds (in the event that it is needed).0 -
The rates showed there are for business bulk shipping, international destinations and obviously to different addresses since the service as USPS mention (and you can check it on the website) and I will quote them:
All mailable matter can be mailed as First-Class Mail. Some things MUST be mailed as First-Class Mail (or Priority Mail), including:
- Handwritten or typewritten material
- Bills, statements of account or invoices, credit cards
- Personal correspondence, personalized business correspondence
- All matter sealed or otherwise closed against inspection.
So again this service rates are not obviously for a single address delivery.
Talking about logistics, I don't get how regular mail (which should never be used to send sensitive information since it may lead to fraud) is part of your process since logistcs keep track of where is the package in every point of the shipping and delivery.
Something you won't achieve with regular email, certified email should be used that's just pure logic.
That is why it looks like a scam. You send an envelope with a high chance to be lost and then you offer that DHL service when you should use certified service (more reliable) in first place.
And I feel forced because no one is giving me another way to get my money they are quick to offer that DHL thing.
I want my money back to my Odesk account since I was told that I would be able to use the card until I get the new one. And now since I am refusing customer service is ignoring my message.
I hope everybody can see this, how you are refusing to give me have access to my funds.
