Customer Support Email Domain

I submitted a support request and I noticed that the response email came from a different domain: [email protected]
I'm being required to submit information related to my account and the email seems legitimate since it contains my ticket number, but I haven't seen any emails by Payoneer from this address previously, so I I just need to make sure.
Thanks.

Hi @shockr
Thank you for checking with us - if you're ever unsure, the best thing to do is contact us and ask.
This is a valid e-mail, as we have recently moved to a new customer support platform. This new platform will allow us to continue developing and improving the way we provide you with top level support.
We do understand that the e-mail may be a confusing charge, and plan to update that shortly to revert back to the standard e-mail ([email protected]).
Thanks again.1
