How to get Payoneer with 2CO design

Hello,
I am working with 2Checkout and would like to get Payoneer card with 2CO design.

How to get it? I just been completed first step and filled in all fields, so I got a similar message: "Please await, we'll verify data and send you Payoneer Mastercard by mail".
But there was no question about partnership where I could choose I am working with 2Checkout. My request on Payoneer is under reviewing.

Please, let me know what to do.

    Hello, In order to get a 2Checkout branded Payoneer card, you just need to apply for the card through your 2Checkout account. As long as you applied through the Payoneer button on the Bank Account page in your 2Checkout account, you will receive the 2Checkout Payoneer card.
