What is the average waiting time for a support ticket to be replied?

I'm glad I can use phone or live chat for immediate support.
BTW more than 4 business days ago I had to sent an attachment in order to explain my payment issue, therefore the Email was the best way to contact customer support.
Unfortunately I got no reply to date,
May I suggest to allot more resources to customers who generate you a LOT of fees ?
