Invoicing of EU Payment Service

Hello. I just got an access to EU payment service. My client ask for an invoice to money transfer. They told that I should specified some company info (in field "From") on invoice details. But I do not have an self company. If I right understand: bank account details (for EU payment service) - virtual, and it's owenership of payoneer? Can I use payoneer requisites for invoicing? I know that payoneer does not have service for creating invoices. Is there anything to create an invoice on behalf of the company (maybe some payoneer partner company)?
