Payment withdraw to bank failed

I have request $800 payment almost 10 days ago to my bank "United Bank Limited" and still did not receive it in my account. After contacting bank over call with reference of transaction number they said we did not receive any payment with that number. I have already contacted Payoneer email support and they are keep saying to ask local bank....local bank. and my local bank keep saying they did not receive any payment.

Now I don't know my payment is on earth or its in the sky...

I have also asked Payoneer chat about some MT103 form as suggested by someone in this forum and what I found that Payoneer chat is worse than Payoneer email support. I have attached the conversation.

Now I don't know who is the intermediary bank so I can contact them and there is no more support by Payoneer whom I ask about $800.

But one thing is sure that I will never use their service in future anymore
