Non-existing support

I have applied for Payoneer card on 10/17/2014, almost a month ago but nothing happened yet.

I have contacted the support five days to see what is going on but got no response so far.

Is it possible that a company like Payoneer can allow itself to treat the client this way? A client that will pay for your services in the future?!

So, bottom line is, will I ever get my card (or at least a response) or should I turn to some other payment processor?

Sorry for the tone, but I'm using different services online for over a decade and never had such situation (almost Kafkian one).
