Why is my transaction saying "Payment Waiting Approval" ? I would like to have access to my money please. my email and also my payoneer username is [email protected]

    Hi Heather - while the majority of payments are processed automatically, some do require a manual review. In this case, the payment should be reviewed within 1-2 business days.

    Please note that weekends are not considered as business days, and so you should see your payment reviewed within the next 24-48 hours.

    I write about my payment No 12123231 which was cancelled on September 12 and until now, yes after 3 months is still not returned for sender !
    After payment has been canceled, I received an email from Adela dated september 18:

    ''Dear Camelia,
    Thank you for replying with the requested information.
    After further review of the details you provided, and in accordance with the US Payment Service Terms and Conditions, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to continue supporting this service for your account. Your US Payment Service has been disabled and any pending payments will be returned to sender within the next 14 days. Please be sure not to send any additional payments to your US Payment Service as they will be automatically reversed to the sender.
    Please note that your Payoneer account is still active and you may continue receiving payments from any of Payoneer’s official partners.
    Payoneer's Account Approval Department''

    OK ! I understand, payment was cancelled and must returned to sender within the next 14 days,
    but the problem is that until today December 04, this payment was not returned for sender !
    And I received from the sender, confirmation that the payment is in my account .
    And though my account is empty because this payment is not in my account.
    So,Today I spoke with Gloria in chat and she answer:
    ''Gloriya: Please note. only today the payment was reported not to received ''
    How is it possible that a payment was canceled and is suspended somewhere there 3 months ,
    not in my account, not back to sender !

    @Kamilia‌ - I do not have access to assist with this personally, however I have passed your information on to a member of our payments department. They will be getting back to you with further details.

    Yes of course, I will be received answered in about ... three months ?
    However, I had to ask for explanations from the company that sent me the payment, I thought I was wrong account details, and then asked them to send me copy of the payment order if they say the money is still in my Payoneer account, and surprise, I received a copy of the payment order that saw clearly that money is in my Payoneer account!
    But money is not there in my account.
    I'm curious what explanation you have because I opened a complaint in this regard .

    Hi there,
    I would like to know how long it's take to get funds on Payoneer account when payment is made from one of partner company? I asking that because 2Checkout made payment to my payoneer account on last Thursday, Dec 04., but on my Payonner account I still can see any funds recieved?

    Hope I get some answer soon, I'm little worried about this, specialy after my colleague confirmed that she recieve funds on Payoneer account just one day after payment from partner company. :(

    @PooPeeDoo dear, in your case I do not think it takes more than 3-5 business days ,considering that you receive a payment from an official partner Payoneer

    Thank you so much for quick answer, dear Kamilia :) So, it's normal to take so long somethimes, and somethimes it's appears immediately, I dont have to worry about :)

    Hi there,
    My prepaid card xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.8079
    On my account have been menu withdraw to local bank. I have account local bank use currency in dollar. I try to withdraw first.
    Since January 27, 2015 I do make withdraw to my account local bank Danamon Indonesia with currency in dollar amount of US$200.00.
    But untill now (today) or 8 days ago this transfer not yet load on my account local bank.
    Please help me to load on my account local bank Danamon in USA $ 200.00

    Hi, same here :( I need access to my money, I made the payment via paypal and it says "Payment Waiting Approval" I sent the required information and Im still waiting to get my money, I don't want to be waiting so long for my funds, I hope to get an answer soon, it gets frustrating to see that many people had issues with this u.u.
