How To Send MOney From Card To Bank

Hi,

I saw in the support section that I might be able to send money from my card to bank. So far I use just a blobal bank transfer with prosperent so I do not have any card.

If I get a card via Fiver, would I be able to bind this card to my current  "global bank transfer" account and send money to my bank?

Would it be possible to send money to webmoney?

    Our Withdraw to Bank Service is available in over 60 countries. You can view the full list here: http://www.payoneer.com/WithdrawToBank.aspx

    If your country is not on the list, you will unfortunately not be able to use the service yet (but you can still get paid from some companies directly to your bank account).

    I only do not get how is bank from one country different from bank from another. Swift transfer works in each European country equally.
