Transfer to GBT without activating the card

r9800pro Member Posts: 5
After 2 attempts to get Payoneer card without success with standard shipping, I contacted support and paid $60 to get a new card via DHL and it arrived yesterday.

I added my Egyptian USD currency bank account and waiting for approval but didn't activate the card because I will not be using it to withdraw from ATM machines as I prefer withdrawal to bank account in USD.

Will that be ok or do I have to activate the card?

How long does it take to verify and approve my bank account?

Are there any limits to withdrawing to my bank account?

Are there any other hidden fees when I transfer to my bank account other than the 1% fees to transfer from PayPal to Payoneer and the other 2% fees to transfer from Payoneer to bank account?

Thanks in advance.

We are sorry to hear about your experience to receive your Payoneer card.

As for your questions, please note that your Payoneer card status must be activated, in addition, please remember that your Payoneer card can be used not only at ATMs supported by Mastercard but also for shopping online or at stores, in order to be able for such use, you must have your card activated.

I assure you that we are doing our best to provide you with fast service, usually requests to add bank account takes 1-3 business days to get approved.

Yes, there are some limits that may vary according to your country and currency requested. Your exact limits will be displayed to you when you “Add Bank Account” to your withdrawal profile.

As for your question regarding the fees, please remember that you can review all fees associated with your Payoneer card by visiting the pricing and fees list on "My Account". The Card to Bank fee in USD is 2% of the total amount per transfer.

While your request is being reviewed, I would suggest you to have a look on this video to learn more about Withdrawal to Bank service.
