Hello, i would like to know what happend with the European card that has been shipped to me... i mean... i already receive my Card, the first one that everybody receive when they apply... but now i got a message on my payoneer account saying that my Card is estimated to arrive between 14 Nov and 27 Nov. I guess this is  the New European Card ( EU Payment Service ) .

Well, it has been more than a week and i still not receive anything... i have send 2 email´s to customer support, but it seem´s they are too busy or i dont know, cuz i did not receive any answer.

Romi or Nissim, can u please give me a little bit of help here ?

    I was not able to find that reference number. Can you provide me with the exact e-mail of your Payoneer account?
