Didn't Receive My Card

I subscribed in payoneer in last June and I requested a card. The estimated date was 18 July. But I did receive nothing.
I requested a new card by sending an email contains a new address. The billing a address in my account still the same. and I am still waiting for the card.
Can someone help me!

    I see you requested a new card on August 8th and it was issued. The latest estimated date of arrival is September 12.

    The card was sent to the new address you submitted.

    If your card does not arrive, you would need to contact support about issuing another one.

    Please be patient and give it time, you have a while to your estimated arrival date.
