EUR Payment Service info

Hi,
recently I opened my Payoneer account, and after approval I got a US Payment Service Routing&Account Number. Then I apply for EUR Payment Service, and get approved too. Got my IBAN/BIC info.

I have some outstanding payments for my freelance job for one EU company where I have regular monthly payments. Also I work occasionally for several more EU companies. However, when I got a EUR Payment Service approval info, I saw that only some pre-approverd companies can pay me via SEPA transfer on EUR Payment Service account. I already send a mail to [email protected] to get this company approved for payment on my EU PS account.
Private loading is not available for my account, and I can get it approved until I got a payment and eligible for using private load. And, there is magic circle. :)

Can you help me and tell me how to manage to get paid from this EU company. They are willing to pay either with bank transfer or with credit card.
I'm not sure they can pay me over US PS, and EU PS not accept payment from all. What to do, please help?

    If we are reviewing your request to add the company, it should be reviewed within several business days. 

    If it is urgent, you can ask the company to send the payment and we will review the company when the payment arrives. Just make sure that they send it as a SEPA transfer, in EUR, from a company bank account.

    Thank you Nissim, for your answer.

    Also, I applied over support form for one of my client's company to be approved for paying on my EUR PS account, and got answer that company is approved.

    Two days ago (Dec 15th), they send me one test payment on my EUR PS account (to see how this going), but so far those funds are not received. I can't even see it as Pending Authorizations when I login on my account?
    My client ask me for receipt confirmation about this payment. They need to see that payment is secure and reliable, so they will start to send me regular monthly payments for my freelance work on Payoneer. After that I will ask few my other clients to switch payment over Payoneer :)

    So, can you help me to check what happened with this payment? How can I see status of it?
