Nissim, a few questions for you :)

Hey Nissim,
my question is if you can check your email box at least once a month? :)

About 2-3 months ago, we had conversation over email. I was asking some questions about using a card at retail shops since I planned to go on vacation in Europe. I went on vacation while your answer still did not arrived. In the meantime while I was still on vacation you sent me your reply. I saw that message when I got home, which is now over a month ago. In that email you told me (and suggested me) that you (payoneer) can send me an EMV (chip) card. So, as soon as I saw your message, I sent you my reply asking few extra questions about that EMV card. Your answer did not came after 3 weeks, which is very strange because I know you always reply in next 24-48 hours. So I decided to re-send my email again, but again, no sign of Nissim. :)

I then (this morning) tried to contact your support, but when I choose to 'send us your message' and use the form to do so, I had to pick one of the topics. Since there was no topic about EMV card I picked one (kind of) close to what I'm going to ask ('How can activate my card'). And instead to receive an answer from a HUMAN, I got an automated response with steps of 'how I can activate my card'. Well man, if that is how payoneer support works nowdays (when i WRITE MY OWN message) and you (payoneer) send me your automated response, I must say your (payoneer) support sucks! :)

This is the last thing I'm going to try to get your attention and I really hope it will attract you to this topic.

So, here are the questions:

1.
Do you still reply on emails, or something changed in last 2-3 months? (maybe you don't do that anymore I can't know such thing)

2.
Could you please share some more information about EMV card (here or over email that I sent you)?

3.
Here is what I wanted to know, in case you decide to answer it over forum (in this topic):

-Since I still have working Payoneer mastercard, once I receive an EMV card, will that card have different numbers?

-Since you suggested that I use EMV card in europe, I guess such (chip) card can be used anywhere in the world, not just europe? ( I know that question is silly, but... )

-How much I will be chared for ordering such card since I still have my (not chip) one, which is still working without any issue so far?

That's it for now. :)

Thanks for your respond, Nissim!

I'm very sorry for the delay, I still answer e-mails but am a bit backed up at the moment (I receive a very high amount, and do my best to answer them all in the order that they are received).

    To answer your questions:

    - The EMV card will have different numbers, yes
    - You can use the card worldwide. If it is used at a location that does not support EMV, it will work as a standard swipe card.
    - We can send it to you free of charge

    Hey Nissim!
I'm glad to see that you are still around :)

I just sent you an email, could you please check it out? Subject title is "D3-ESO" (without quotes), so you can find it easily.

    Thanks mate!
