Validate "EUR payment service"

Hello Payoneer

I register to substantially one month and have a question.

By default the Payoneer account is created in "US payment service" but since I'm from Europe, had to ask the "EUR payment service" but still with some problems:
1) I had to wait for days to give me such service;
2) I made my first test transfer and still walk to validate the transfer, eight days without response;

I have a family business and also made the regist for my mother and my mother in law, I also have to ask the "EUR payment service" for them? I'll transfer layter from my Payoneer account for them, I will go again for these validation tests in these accounts?

    Currently each new Payoneer account is not automatically provided with the EU Payment Service. You would need to contact our support department and request the service: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/

    In the future we will have this automatically issued to each new account holder.
