My friend told me that after you activate your MasterCard card, if your credit is fix at a low value (0.0$) more than 3 months, your card/account is "blocked". Is that true?

Not exactly. After a long term of having an account with no balance, your account will be deactivated, however, you can reactivate it upon going to "My Account" and choosing the option from there or you can contact our support team for assistance if needed.
