Great Product / Bad customer service.

Using Payoneer for couple of years. Had a great experience with the product itself. But the customer service is very bad.
Had sent many emails but never heard back, then submitted ticket and was suggested that it will take 3 business days, around 7 business days passed but did not heard back.
Then called the customer support they were polite, told me that my issue will be resolved on priority with 48 - 72 hours. more than 72 hours passed and the issue still there.
Please check and resolve the matter on priority.

can you please let me know how many days or weeks did you meant by saying 'as soon as possible' ?0 -
More than 15 DAYS passed since I logged my complaint and STILL the problem is NOT resolved.
calling their customer support almost on a regular basis for past few days.
P.S. one good thing i must admit that their call support staff is getting better now than before.. at least they listen to the problem. i wish their email support could also been so responsive...0 -

Hi Sivan, The problem has still not resolved. But i received an email from staff member saying that payoneer team is working on it to resolve the problem. in the meanwhilem they had provided me a temporary solution.0
