Change DOB

i want to update my DOB , i live in malaysia and malaysian id cards and driver's license have not DOB clearly on card , but you can detect DOB from id number (6 first digit of id number is DOB)
can i change my DOB without problem ?

    To change information associated with your account, please log into your "Online Payoneer account" and select "Edit Profile" option located under the “Account Settings” menu.

    sivan dob means date of birth !!!!!!!!!!
