The Address on my ID card is not where I am right now

We happen to have a new home that we're currently living in, my id card has the old address , and thus wouldn't match where I am now to be able to receive the card .

Is it essential that the address that I enter in the application for the card exactly matches the address that I currently live in , or will that be a problem when I verify the card ?

Hi @ahmadsalahudin. In general it is always best to have your addresses match. However, as long as you register with your new address and it's a physical address that can be proven as one you should be OK. Keep in mind that during your validation process you might be asked to provide evidence of your previous address (utility bill for example) given it is still on your ID card.
