My given arrive date has been expire. I didn't receive my card. Please inform me about my card

    my card shipping date 1/2/2015 to 9/2/2015. but me don't received my card...!!

    My card shipping date 6/2/2015 to 13/2/2015. but I don't received my card...!! But why? please give me solution......
