Account to Account transfers, awkward problem

hi guys,
First of all, I want to thank Payoneer for their awesome service, I've been a user for a couple of years now and I've always been a happy with it.
But recently I just hit a dead end with Account-To-Account transfers feature, it was a blessing when I first heard of it, but the joy didnt lasted too long unfortunately.
So, I will say that I am aware that this feature has to be enabled by my partner, in my case scriptlance.com. It all starts here, this website doesnt exists anymore as it was bought by freelancer.com. As I was told by the payoneer support I have to contact the partner to get this feature enabled (I have to contact scriptlance.com), so my first thought was to contact freelancer.com, which I did and as a no surprise they said I have to contact payoneer.com because they are the service provider and only they can decide what to do.
So it seems like I'm in a circle, payoneer tells me to contact scriptlance.com, which doesnt exists anymore, and scriplance's buyer (freelancer.com) tells me to contact payoneer.
I'm now working mostly with elance.com and I have a team which I would love to transfer funds directly to them (some of them even where referred to signup by me, they have the Account-To-Account feature, and I dont ... I'm kinda lost here) without having to extract the money from a local ATM.
Can someone point me into the right direction ?

Hi Sivan, I did contacted them a while ago and no reply from them. Basically every attempt to talk to the support ended up with "We can do nothing about it, you have to contact your partner...."0
