How do I pay a contractor using US Payment Service

Our company has been paying international sub contractors using the private load feature as we did not qualify as a Payoneer partner. I am now unable to do this as the message saying "private loads not available" shows up. How do I use the US Payment service to pay our contractors? Have been searching the forums but only seem to find questions from Payoneer card holders receiving money and not from someone who needs to pay to a card.

    Hi- first of all, private loads are available given the payee has received funds from a company before, that might be the reason for it not being available.
    As for US Payments, you can only transfer money via USPS if you are a registered US based company, and have the option to pay via ACH. If that is the case, you can ask your payee to send you a payment request and you will be able to make the transfer.
