Need to get in contact with the support

Hi,

as I am unable to write a message through my payoneer account (always get a failure message: "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /euf/generated/optimized/1422521170/themes/standard/ on this server." )
Now I am trying it on this way.

My card should latest arrive the 09.01. (DD/MM), but until now I have not got any letter
from Payoneer.
I live in germany, but even if the card will be sent from america it should have arrived by now.
In the FAQ's it says I shall get in contact with the customer support to approve (or reenter) my adress.
I would love to do so, but unfortunatly neither the mail is working, nor are there people in the live chat or on phone.
Is there any other way to contact the support (maybe through regular eMail)?
Or if there is any support service member who reads this, could you please send me a message,
so I can reply you with my adress?
Its only the contact form which I am unable to fill.

    I'm very sorry to hear that your card hasn't arrived yet. the time given to you was an estimation but sometime it may take a bot longer. If it doesn't arrive within the next week I would suggest contacting our support team (you can contact them even if you can't access your account): https://payoneer.custhelp.com/
