Haven't received my card in two years, I can't get paid on oDesk


I have two problems that will hopefully get fixed :smile:

I tried getting paid on oDesk but I couldn't.

Here is the error I got from oDesk when I tried getting paid:

Unfortunately, there appears to be a problem with your Payoneer card. Please contact Payoneer support and refer to Payee ID verdenhoff

I have created Payoneer account on 2nd of February 2013, exactly two years ago, and I haven't received any cards.

I started being active on oDesk just a month ago, so I connected my new oDesk account to Payoneer. I remember creating a new Payoneer account but I don't remember using it, I want this new account that I created to be disabled, the email of this new account is [email protected].

I also want to be able to receive payments and to receive my card as soon as possible, I'm willing to pay so I can receive my card via DHL.

I have made a support request and provided my address a couple of times and I don't hear back from the support team, I just receive the auto-generated email.

Your help would be highly appreciated.
