I didn't get money but Dutch-Bangla Bank ATM booth showing Transfer complete , what can i do now ?

Money withdraw completed but i did not get money. i called Dutch-Bangla Bank customer care but they are told me to contact with payoneer. I dont understand what can i do ?

Recently I had the same problem when I used "Current" option but then I tried with CREDIT CARD option and I got my money.

But If Payoneer deducted your money but you've got nothing then please contact customer support they will ask Bank to force check about the withdrawal and you will get the money back.

Hello Friends!

Always try to use City Bank Booths! Just Insert Card Input Pin then Input Amount the money will be in ur Hand!

City Bank Booths will not ask you the type of card, it automatically understand the type of card! that's why it's easy!

ans: 1 - If you got same problem then don't worry you just contact with Payoneer customer care (They are always available for instant messaging) . I got this problem last month and it took to solve almost 10 days.

ans: 1 - To withdraw money with master card you use only Standard Chartered Bank.
if you want to withdraw 40,000tk from atm , you need to pay only 500 tk. That means per transaction only 500 tk. so lets :smiley: now.

Per Transaction limit is 20,000 BDT or not 40,000BDT ?

But they talk about 90 days .Today Its happened with me .ATM Not give any cash .

Standard character Bangladesh gives you a opportunity to get 40,000 for per transaction. Duch-banglas limit is 20,000 .

I dont know your "they" means ?
if you talked with ATM both owner and they answered you "90 days"
then i think it is not right answer .

if you talked with payoneer then it can be :(

Didn't talk with payoneer ? just talk with them live. They will gives you time only 7-14 days , not more.

@sparkteam ATM machines of most of the Bangladeshi Banks are faulty. Sometimes your cards may got stuck or you may not receive money even the bank has deducted the money from your card.

As a payoneer user I prefer transfer to bank option to avoid difficulties related to ATM. You will get higher exchange rate than ATM while using transfer to bank option.

Hello,

I've faced this same problem today. I've used AB bank ATM booth several times. But this is the first time I face this problem. Just tried to withdraw 20000 BDT. But the machine showed that "there is not much money in the machine to perform the action" and stopped in the middle of transaction. Than they eject my card. I enter it again and check balance. Find that 20000 bdt were cut from my balance but they didn't give me the money.

What will I do now. I've contacted them but AB bank customer care said that they had no issue in this. They told me to contact with payoneer. today customer care is closed in payoneer.

Can you help me on this @NafeesKhabir and @"Nafis Hasan" ? Sorry if I disturb you.

@sktanveerahmed23 contact payoneer support. your money will be back to your payoneer card.

You can withdraw 20K (20,000 BDT) per transaction in City Banks booths. Per transaction ATM booths fees are not fixed. It depends on payoneer partner to partner.

When the money will come out of the booth, the electricity goes at the moment and shut down the booth, but the money did not come out the booths.

What will I do now?. I've contacted them but Dutch Bangla bank customer care said that they had no issue in this. They told me to contact with payoneer.
