I like to know what is the difference between a partner card and a payoneer card? I have the payoneer card do I need to get the partner cards also such as the freelance debit card or are they the same thing? and if I send money from freelance do they go into the same card?

You don't need to open 2 accounts. A partner account is exactly like a Payoneer card, you can receive payments from multiple companies. The only thing that may be a different are the fees that are determined by the partner.
If you already own a Payoneer account, you can add the partner to your account to receive funds from them by choosing Payoneer as a payment solution and clicking on "Already have a Payoneer account". See more here: http://blog.payoneer.com/how-to-add-funds-to-your-payoneer-account-payoneer/
