Weird Success message while linking Payoneer Card in Odesk

I have tried to add payoneer card as a new payment method. Choose i already have payoneer account and placed my email and password. then Odesk gave a weird success message.
Congratulations, your Payoneer Debit Card registration was successful. You should receive an email from Payoneer when your card ships (typically in a few days). To check on the status of your card, please contact Payoneer support and refer to Payee ID ........
