How to set EU Payment Service in partner settings?

Hi, looking at the current list of partners I saw Appnext and Startapp, so both are supposed to be compatible.

The problem is that I don't know how to set it. We have 4 data: bank name, BIC (SWIFT), IBAN and bank country. But they require more data, like:

- Appnext: transfer type wire and not local, and local is not supported and Bank Address.
- Startapp: in payment method I suppose the correct one is "eCheck / Local Bank Transfer" and not "Wire Transfer". But they require Bank City, Province, Zip, and I can't change the country, when I signed up I set Spain and now it takes that data and cannot be changed to Germany for payment.

Any solution? Thanks.
