Using Payoneer Card with Paypal in USD

Hi,

I live in the UK, with a Payoneer Card registered to my address here in the UK.
I'd like to use the card to pay for something I'm purchasing in the US. Unfortunately, the seller only accepts Paypal.
Of course, I can register the card into my paypal account – but then, I'd get hit twice with conversion rates...

How can I use the Paypal Card on Paypal, in US$ ???

I appreciate this may be a question for Paypal, but I thought maybe someone here knows how to solve this problem...
