About My card shifting

Hi everyone, Actually i want to ask about the card shipment ! so for i ordered for my Payoneer card two months ago but still i didn't get my card.
So now i have some questions. First of all that how do i know that my card has been shifted ?
Second if yes and that was lost then what is the exact, correct and simple method to apply for new card to receive my new card quickly.
If someone guide me properly that will be great for me.

    I contact them through your provide link. They provide me the info which so surprising, they said we issued two cards of your account. But the fact is that i didn't receive the cards. Actually i gone to my own post office they said to me that we didn't receive the cards.
    Its ok leave it now what to do next ???
    Actually i am working on fiverr and peopleperhour but they asked me to do transaction through oDesk now what to do ?
    Actually i want to verify my Paypal account through this account but i don't know what to do ?
