What are the fees associated with withdrawing money from Fiverr?

I got my Payoneer card by directly signing up on the official website. Recently I merged my Fiverr account with my Payoneer account. However, before withdrawing money I'd like to know the fees I'll be charged per transaction. Also will there be a one time annual fee/activation fee charged again too? The last time I paid $29.95 was in November 2014, and have a few months left before I have to pay this fee again. Thanks in advance.

    Fiverr will not charge you for withdrawal of your funds. However fees associated with loading your card most likely do apply. These may vary between different accounts, but I think these will be $ 1,- for a standard load (within 2 days) or $ 5,- for an immediate load.
