Ordered a GBT. Received a wire transfer. Bank charged wire transfer fee!

I made a withdrawal yesterday morning to my bank account and instead of receiving a confirmation with the total amount in Peruvian Soles I was sent a confirmation in American Dollars. I thought it was strange but didn't think much about it. 

The GBTs always get deposited into my account at around 4:00 p.m. the same day but this time I didn't get anything.

When I logged into my bank account at around 11 p.m. saw that I did get a deposit but was charged a wire transfer fee of around $22.41!

This was the 15th GBT I ordered so I'm not sure why this happened. Could you please refund the $22.41 to my account and check your system? I have already sent a message to customer service but since they are slow to respond and I need to get this fixed asap, I'm posting it here.

    I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience, however unfortunately we cannot provide support regarding personal matters here on the forum. Any questions should be directed to our customer support department:

    I already did and they said they are having problems with GBTs to Peru and that's it. They didn't mention any refund. I lost around $30!

    I have just received this message from customer service:

    "Please be advised, unfortunately we do not offer PEN transfers, and your payments were transferred as USD.
    When sending a USD Wire, other corresponding banks are often involved in the transfer, and therefore charge corresponding fees. In addition, the beneficiary bank may charge landing fees."

    This was my 15th time making a GBT and I have received all the previous ones in PEN. If you made a change in your service, you should have let customers know about it. This is not fair.
