Problem to transfer money to my Payoneer MasterCard

Hello for All
I have a problem in transfer money to my Payoneer MasterCard from Paypal, i have exactly this message (in french):

Nous sommes désolés : nous n'avons pas pu transférer votre solde disponible sur votre carte ou compte bancaire préféré(e). Corrigez ce problème d'ici le 4/1/2015 afin de vous assurer de pouvoir continuer à recevoir et virer des paiements.
Enregistrez un(e) autre carte Visa ou compte bancaire aux Etats-Unis.

    Payoneer card is prepaid card you should try to transfer your money to your bank account and if you need to load your PayPal then use your card.
    I often come to the conclusion that my brain has too many tabs open.
