Log in problem

I am unable to login.
When I try to log in, I get a message saying: Connection Lost. Your session with the Payoneer server has been lost. Please log in again.
This has been happening for the past two days.
I did have this happen before, for a few days around the weekend of 14, 15, 16 February.
Please advise.

I also tried to contact Support via the webform. I get the following message: Warning. There was an error with the request and the action could not be completed.

Emailing Customer Support generates an automated response saying that my message was not delivered to CS.

Please pass this onto Customer Support and ask that they reply by email.

    I have been waiting for a response to my request above for well over a week.
    Are there any other Payoneer account holders out there having similar issues?
    Can any Payoneer employee monitoring this forum please try to help? Nisim? Romi? Sivan?
