i lost payoneer card

hello
i need help because i lost my card and i forget username and password
can i get another card ? with same number of Identification Card because i try before days but i cant !!
they say i already registered before !!

    You lost your card? and Username and Password as well ? How this is possible .. You can Recover your Password of your account, Do you remember from which email address you registered for Payoneer ? That email is your username i Guess ...

    Wait you want to say you lost your card, username, password and email? I have hard time to believe this is somehow true and i think something else is behind your story.
    I often come to the conclusion that my brain has too many tabs open.
