Client instructions aren't clear enough

That's quite long story so I'll write it in form of short dialogue.
I had 2 clients who _tried_ to do US Payment Service transactions to me.
They both are smart persons. They both have companies.
Both tried to do it through Bank of America.
1st client: we'd like to do transaction
Bank of America: account number is too short
1st client to me: ok we do payment another way
2nd client: we'd like to do transaction
Bank of America: account number is too short
Me (suspected that something isn't right here) to Payoneer Support: "What's the problem?"
Payoneer Support: "They trying to do inner Bank of America transaction, but really should try direct deposit"
2nd client to Bank of America: "We'd like to do a direct deposit"
Bank of America: "This guy must be officially hired by your company to do it"
Me to Payoneer Support: "What's the problem?"
Payoneer Support: "You don't have to be officially hired by company"
Client to me (here's copy of his message): "I wish Payoneer would give exact instructions because this is something re-occuring"
So last line expresses clear enough purpose of this topic. Pretty please?
