Card hasn't arrived / Payoneer support not replying.

I was supposed to get my card between "06 Mar 2015 and 13 Mar 2015" and yet I have received nothing.

I sent a couple of support messages to Payoneer from the site, but never got a reply.

What Can I do?

Is getting no reply or explanation at all considered normal here?

    Note that the estimated card arrival is just an estimation- sometime it may take a bit longer, depending on local post services etc.  
    If your card doesn't arrive within a week or two, I suggest you try contacting our support again for help.
