Atm Did Not Dispense Cash

Today i tried to do a Withdrawal in Santander Bank, of 527.43 dls (including bank fees). However, the ATM told me "Invalid card" and didn't throw me a cent. Went to another and tried to do the same but i got "Insufficient founds" which gave me the creeps. I checked my balance and the amount from the previous transaction was actually charged. I needed some money so i tried to get 40.10 dls from Banamex bank and i got the money without any problem.

My question is, how can i file a dispute either to you or the bank? Is it going to be refunded in my account? I see the transaction as a pending transaction.

Please heeeeeelp!!!
