How to Transfer Funds From Fiverr to Payoneer

I want to transfer money from my fiverr account to payoneer but I am confused. So i need to ask some questions.

So the question is under the Receive Payments menu, do i click on "US Payment Service" and just submit the required document OR am I supposed to click on "Request a USD Payment" and fill the form?

Have you added Fiverr to your account? That will be the first step to get payments from them, as they are a Payoneer partner. See here for more info.
