Delete my email from your database

I registered with Payoneer 2 years ago and my card never arrived, I decided to cancel my account and create another one. My card arrived and I do have it, the problem is that since I used a secondary email for it I don’t want to use that anymore but instead I want to use my primary email which is the one registered first (canceled atm), I found out that my primary email still exist in Payoneer’s database since I cannot choose that email from my preferences panel. How can I use a deleted email again if has not been actually deleted from the database?
