I want to change my data... Do I need register again?

I have an account verified in Payoneer. I created it because I want to get paid from a platform for freelancers (it's in spanish).
The problem is that I received an email saying that my RUC is invalidad, and that email has an URL to check my RUC in my country (Perú).
So I intered my DNI in that link and get the next response: You have not a RUC, it is for companies, not to individuals, if I remember correctly.
I was looking for a form in the panel for users to change my RUC, but there isn't a way to do it.
Then I write an email to the support team of Payoneer, but I did it a lot of weeks ago and I haven't replies yet.

How I can change my RUC? I want to leave blank (empty) this field.
Or... I should remove my account and create other again?
Probably RUC is a required field in the register, in that case, what can I do?
