Problem Withdraw Funds To Local Bank Account

Hello,

I request to withdraw funds to my Local bank account. Transaction Date 4/15/2015. But I did not get any email from payoneer that payment is transfer to local account.

After this I create a ticket to the support [Reference Number: 150418-002384]‏ . I get the answer from payoneer support after some days.

"Please note that this matter is under review with the relevant department. Once we have additional updates regarding this matter, you will be informed via e-mail."


I am wanted to ask which kind of review is this? Today 10 day passed and did not receive email from payoneer that payment is send.

I try to contact on the chat multiple time. Every day they said "wait 1 or 2 days".

Now I am wanted to ask what all this. Is this only with me or all payoneer customers are effected? I use some time local bank account withdraw and receive email from payoneer with in 1 day.

Looking forward for reply from payoneer and members of the forum.
