How to link My Payoneer Account with Freelancer Account ???

hello everyone,

recently i got my Payoneer card and its activated as well, i applied a form to link my account with Payoneer its almost a week, but i don't see any kind of intimation in the form of email or etc, i don't know what is the issue, please somebody solve my issue thanks...
