Account review and rejection in the same time

Hello,
I'm really angry now. I'm a freelance based in Bulgaria. I transferred some funds from my PayPal account to my Payoneer US account (the funds are from my clients and services - website design and logos design).
My payment was pending and today I received the following email (just before 2-3 hours):
"Reference Number: 150514-001533
Dear *********,
Response (05/14/2015 05:38 AM)
Thank you for choosing Payoneer and using our US Payment Service as your global payment solution!
As part of a routine procedure to ensure the financial security of both Payoneer and our account holders, we may require a follow-up review of account information. This process is meant to confirm the line of business related to the payments being received to your account, and ensure that they are in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
In order to complete the process and verify your US Payment Service, please provide us with the following information:
A detailed explanation as to the source of your payments
A full screenshot of your Paypal incoming payments history page
Invoices of your work or any additional information that may help us establish your line of work
The link you previously submitted, ...... ,seems to be broken or under construction. Please provide us with a valid link or other direct web links showing some examples of your work.

I was about to replay to Adela with the required information (only 4-5 hours after her email) when I received the following:
"Dear ****,
We are contacting you in regards to a recent payment received using your US Payment Service, Reference Number 16042025.
Unfortunately as the service or line of business related to this payment is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for the US Payment Service, we are unable to process the payment. The payment has been returned to Paypal and you have not been charged any loading fee.
To view the official Terms and Conditions for the US Payment Service, which includes a full list of prohibited services, please click here (refer to section 5)."

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! I HAVE ACCOUNT WITH PAYONEER FROM 3 YEARS, YES I DROPPED MY OLD WEBSITE AND THE LINK IS INVALID, BUT I SENT TO ADELA THE NEW LINK WITH MY PORTFOLIO AND DETAIL EXPLANATIONS ABOUT MY ACTIVES AND WORK.
IS IT AGAINST YOUR TOS TO BE FREELANCER AND WEB DESIGNER?????!?!!!

The situation is even more...
On live chat just before minutes "Iyad" from your team asked me for my ID number.
I have account from 3 years, and my old ID expires on 30.06.2014. Based on my country laws old ID was terminated and new one was issued to me. I told this to him 3 times, but he kept prompting me for my ID number! Once again what is wrong with your staff? Every expired document should be replaced with new one, and it is not up to me, but to European Union regulations and laws. I SHOULDN"T KEEP ANY INFO ABOUT MY OLD ID!!!!
Do you want me to open a case for you with the European Commission and to contact our member of the European parliament about this case?0 -
I would like to update my case and most probably i will spread this information around the web hopefully people make the right decision for their sake.
Now i have the feeling that after their mistake, Payoneer staff strives to close my account on any price. I told to 3 of their staff members that my ID is outdated, but their don't seems to care about this.
Even more Adela (from Payoneer Payment Department) is after my father's account too. We used to work together and his account was OK before my accident. Honesty from what Neomie told me on Live Chat, Adela can't understand the difference between MasterCard TOS and US Bank Service TOS.
I used to receive some payment from Zmedia (adult company - partner of Payoneer) on my MasterCard, but it has nothing to deal with Payoneer's US BANK SERVICE. It is obvious that Adela and her colleagues reversed my money from PayPal, because of their own fault. I'm inviting Payoneer Staff to investigate my US Bank Service transactions from 2013 till now and I would be happy if they could show me even 1 transaction against their US Bank Service TOS.
I already told to Ben and Neomie that I most probably will take Payoneer to the European Court and Adela has personal war with me and my father.
Excuse me but it is NOT our fault that Adela and his colleagues can't separate direct transfers to MasterCard from transfers to US Bank Service. I firmly believe that US Bank service has its dedicated TOS, and it not related to MasterCard/Overall Payoneer TOS. Should we take financial damage, because of Payoneer staff mistakes and their lack of knowledge about their own TOS?????!
We also were asked for invoices and skype logs, personal information about our clients, which is ILLEGAL in our country, because we have signed Private Data Operators contracts with our government.
My number is: 359878844412 I would be happy if general manager or someone with good knowledge on European Laws and regulations, and Payoneer TOS contact me, so we can talk about this issue and have it solved asap!0 -
Update: I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Payoneer US. It looks like it is impossible to get in touch with Payoneer Payment Department directly. On top of that some members of payoneer staff told me that I have payments on my prepaid MasterCard from zmedianow (their own some websites) and this is why I'm in trouble with US Bank Service.
I WANT TO ASK HERE: IF ZMEDIANOW IS AGAINST YOUR TOS, WHY THEY HAVE OPTION IN THEIR WEBSITE TO RECEIVE AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS DIRECTLY ON YOUR PAYONEER MASTERCARD. EVEN MORE MOST CHATURBATE MODELS USED TO RECEIVE THEIR PAYMENTS EXACTLY ON PAYONEER MASTERCARD! So on one side it is against your TOS, but on other they are your official partner. IT SIMPLE DOESN'T SOUNDS RIGHT TO ME!0 -
I want to update my case:
I am sure not 100% sure about the status of our accounts, but I believe that the issue is resolved.
Also Nissim from Payoneer team, was good enough to replay to my email and I'm feeling better now.

I want to say that I'm really sorry about my bad and affected reaction before some days, but i should take care for our babe (help my wife) and work at the same time, so I have only 7-8 hours a week to sleep/rest. And as I said we relay on Payoneer as a payment processor and it is very important for me as a family man (need to feed my family), to receive my payments on time.
Could you please close my thread! I believe that the issue is solved!
